Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, and American Express. Due to the high value of our products, your credit card may have transaction limits. If your payment is declined, contact your bank to authorize the transaction. If issues persist, consider using PayPal invoice.

PayPal & PayPal Credit

PayPal offers several payment options:

  • PayPal Direct Checkout: Log in to your PayPal account to pay using your PayPal Balance, Credit or Debit Card, or Bank Account.
  • PayPal Pay Later: Split your purchase into four equal payments, with the first payment due at the time of purchase. No additional fees or interest charges if payments are made on time.
  • PayPal Credit: A revolving credit line that allows you to make purchases and pay them off over time. Offers promotional financing options, such as interest-free periods for qualifying purchases.

Klarna

Klarna is available for US & EU customers. Flexible payment options include:

  • Pay now: Pay immediately and in full with a debit or credit card.
  • Pay in 4: Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, automatically charged every 2 weeks.
  • Pay in 30 days: Order today and pay up to 30 days later. No upfront payment, interest, or fees when you pay on time.
  • Fair financing: Apply for monthly financing directly at checkout. No hard credit check and no impact on your credit score to apply.

KDDollGallery Layaway/Multi-Card/Split Payment

Our Layaway Plan allows you to split your payment into several parts. If you don’t have enough money or want to pay with multiple cards, you can use the Layaway Plan.

How Does KDDollGallery Layaway Plan Work?

  1. Click Layaway Plan/Split Payment to submit your order. You will receive an email with instructions on how to start your layaway plan.
  2. Make a down payment and balance via the provided link. Credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna are accepted.

Terms

  • No credit check.
  • A $200 down payment is required when the layaway order is initiated.
  • Layaways must be paid off within 3 months. You can make as many payments as you like, but at least one payment per month is required.
  • Your layaway order will move into production when 50% is paid. If we have a big sale, you should pay 50% within the sale period to capture the deal.
  • If a customer cancels a Layaway Order, a non-refundable 30% cancellation fee (minimum $100) applies.

PayPal Invoice

Submit an order by clicking PayPal invoice. You will receive a PayPal invoice via email.

  1. Open the email containing the invoice from KDDollGallery. Click the “Pay Now” button to go to the PayPal website.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account or pay as a guest with a debit or credit card.
  3. Check the invoice details to ensure everything is correct.
  4. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an order confirmation. Partial payment is allowed.

How Do We Keep Your Payment Secure?

  • We use a secure payment gateway certified by PCI DSS, ensuring all transactions are encrypted and protected.
  • Our website has an SSL certificate, encrypting data transfer between the web server and your browser.
  • We take data privacy seriously and always protect your personal information.

Why Does My Payment Fail?

Internet Explorer is not supported. Please use Firefox or Google Chrome. If issues persist, consider the following:

  • PayPal is blocking the purchase.
  • Credit Card or Debit Card issues (e.g., invalid card, expired card, amount exceeds limit, card is disabled).
  • Issues with international transactions (ensure your cards are allowed to buy online from overseas merchants).
  • Receipt error for a PayPal order (likely an issue with your PayPal funding source).

Check Your Card:

  • Do Not Honor: The bank is unwilling to accept the transaction.
  • Insufficient Funds: The account did not have sufficient funds to cover the transaction amount.
  • Limit Exceeded: The transaction exceeds the withdrawal limit of the account.
  • Expired Card: The card is expired. Use a different card.
  • Invalid Credit Card Number: The customer entered an invalid payment method or made a typo.
  • Invalid Expiration Date: The customer entered an invalid payment method or made a typo. Correct the information and try again.
  • Card Issuer Declined CVV: The customer entered an invalid security code or made a typo. Correct the information and try again.
  • Based on Location: The bank declined based on location.
  • Bank’s Fraud Rules: The bank’s fraud rules blocked the transaction.

If your payment won’t process with your PayPal account or you’re still having problems with your card, try:

  • Making the purchase again in Incognito mode or in a different browser.
  • Changing your payment method at checkout, or using a different credit card or PayPal account.
  • If none of these issues apply, contact us with your order number (if available), name, email address, error notification, and a screenshot of the error. We will assist you in continuing the order.

Last but not least, you should be able to receive detailed information for any failed or successful transaction from your bank. If a payment fails, do not hesitate to contact your bank or contact us.
